We neglect our cultural giants when they are alive. Once they are dead everyone competes to mourn and shower praises on them.

STEPHEN JOEL CHIFUNYISE – A LEGEND SLEEPS

The lion of Gutu, Stephen Joel Chifunyise, Shumba Sipambi is no more. At around 18:30 hrs on Monday 5 August 2019, Stephen peacefully succumbed after a brave battle with cancer at his home, surrounded by his family. Seemingly like a great choreography, Stephen “decided to rest.” He was 70 at the time of his death.

For some, joining a fraternity is about recognition, getting your jersey with your pledge name on it with the hopes that it will help them elevate to a new status within the college society. For others, frat life is all about the parties, the drinking, and just doing every small thing in excess for the pure banter.
