She could also be struggling with lockdown restrictions that prevent her from earning a living. As a single mother she may not be able to support her family during the pandemic, even failing to put food on the table.
All of these circumstances are affecting parents /guardians globally although very common in Africa. This Covid 19 pandemic has left many families with no hope but depression and a great emotional impact on parents in the Society.
