COVID19 HAS AFFECTED THEM TOO, OUR HOMELESS CHILDREN IN AFRICAN TOWNS STREETS.

Unexpectedly the world went on halt, the nations even great and unchallenged trembled. The beginning of the year 2020 was for Africa an easy when European and Asian countries got hit by the virus. Everyone in Africa in including specifically Zimbabwean top government officials remarked that the virus was a punishment to white people from God. Little did everyone know that COVID19 had come to stay and test the humane part of humanity, to reveal how irresponsible and uncaring society could ever be.

Everyone went into hiding into their beautiful homes, presidents and ministers, pastors and prophets into their mansions and stayed at home. The employed waited each month for the three past months for their salaries to come and without failure like always, their salaries did come. Every time the Presidents would give National Address speeches adding more days to the National Lockdowns, everyone was comfortable and well-fed.

When everything seemed to be going well, town cleared and roadblocks set into every main road to the CBD Town Centres, someone was isolated from their source of life. The homeless children were forgotten, their home was vacated and no one ever thought how they would get their food. Until today, governments have not put in place programs to help out homeless children. To them, life is unbearable until COVID19 has vanished. All these children can do is hope that the pandemic ends, since humanity has failed them, their only hope is the sky that brings the sun and the next day with it. Heal our homeless children broken hearts in African towns streets.
